I don't know about other people out there, but I know for me it's hard to stay motivated. This isn't my first journey on getting in shape. My first journey started back in 2003 after the birth of my daughter, I decided I was going to lose weight and get in shape. I did exactly that, I lost 54lbs in a year, and kept it off for 3yrs, till I had minor health problems. After I got my health taken care of, I had went back to College, and of course I gained the ever dreaded "Freshman 15". I found excuse after excuse not to workout, I had too much work, busy with kids (their school, sports, and what not). Now, that I'm out of college I don't have anymore excuses as to why I don't have time to workout. So, this is my new journey that I have decided to travel on towards a new and improved me. I am hoping now that I'm in the right frame of mind, I will be able to complete my journey with Success!
